Sub:    National Technical Seminar of IPWE (India)

 

National Technical Seminar of IPWE (India) will be held on 23^rd & 24^th January 2014 in the B. M. Birla Auditorium, Statue Circle, Jaipur (Rajasthan).

 

A large number of delegate mostly civil engineers are likely to participate in the above seminar. On this occasion, an exhibition for industrial products/processes related to Railway track, Track Machines, Geotechnical uses, products for civil engineering, new construction materials and technologies etc. is also being organized at the venue of the seminar. In the exhibition hall and open space of B. M. Birla Auditorium , stalls of size 3x 3m or 3x6m will be allotted to the vendors on usual payments (Rs. 75000 + Service Tax extra for stall size of 3x3m and Rs. 150000 + Service Tax extra for stall of size 3x6m) to display their products during the seminar.

 

In this regard, you are requested to submit your consent along with DD/Cheque of requisite non-refundable amount drawn in favour of “IPWE (India) Jaipur” for allotment of your stall in this seminar for presentation of your product/process.

 

As the space is limited, the stalls will be allotted on the basis of “First come First serve” criteria. It is therefore, requested to kindly send your consent at the earliest to the undersigned by post/fax/email.
